Chappathi Flour   1 cup

Banana                2

Jaggery                3/4 cup

Melt the jaggery in a cup of water. Place the flour, banana, cardamom and the melted jaggery in a blender. Add water till its a smooth batter. Then pour the batter in a bowl and add raisins in it. Mix them well. Pour the batter in the kuzhi pan. Turn to the other side after 2  minutes. Serve them hot.

P.S. This is the recipe given to me by my mom. She said the flour makes the appam soft and they stay that way till a day or two when stored properly.
