IngredientsPlain Flour – 550 g Dry Yeast – 8.5 g Melted Butter – 70 g Milk – 210 ml White Sugar – 75 g Eggs – 2 Pinch of salt Egg Wash – 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
FillingCinnamon – 1 tsp Dark Brown Sugar – 280g g Butter at room temperature – 85 g
Add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, butter into the food processor. Mix for 5 minutes. If wet, add some flour. Scrape the dough. Place little flour and sprinkle them in a work place. Knead the dough for sometime. Put little flour in the bowl and return the dough to the bowl. Sprinkle little flour on top. Cover bowl with a tea towel and let it rise for about 1 and 1/2 hours.
Add cinnamon, brown sugar, butter in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Punch the air out of the dough. Sprinkle flour in the work place, place the dough and sprinkle flour on top. Flat out the dough for 5 cm thick and spread the filling. Roll the dough into the shape. Cut into 3 cm/1 inch by knife. Place them on the tray. Close them with tea towel and allow it to rise for 15-20 min.
Brush egg wash in the roll. Bake at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
