IngredientsGreen Beans – 1/2 kg Desicatted Coconut – 2 tbsp Tarka – Mustard Seeds, Urad Dhal, Toor Dhal Salt to taste
In the kadhai, add the tarka ingredients and wait till the dhal gets light brown. Then add the beans and close the lid for about 10 minutes in medium heat. Add the dessicated coconut and salt and toss it. Close the lid for another 10 minutes or till the beans is done. Serve it hot.
