Ingredients5 Beetroot, chopped 2 Onions, chopped 2 tsp Dessicated coconut 4 green chillies Seasonings – mustard seeds, chana dhal & urad dhal
Add about 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and when it is hot add the sesoning and wait till they get browned. Then add the onions and toss it till its light browned. Add the beetroot and toss it again for about 5 min and close the pan for about 5 more minutes. Then add the coconut and toss and cook the pan with the lid for about 10 more minutes or until the beetroot is cooked.
Serve it hot with rice.
