Iris Johansen – Pandora’s Daughter

My Review

I have had this book for a long time. I bought this in Seattle in the second-hand book shop for about $ 1 😀 which is a fantastic bargain. This was recommended to me in my Book club as I told them that I loved this author 🙂 . When I read the synopsis, it definitely lead me to buy this book.

Megan Blair (heroine) has special abilities, she can hear other people’s thought. Neal Grady (hero)  has some special abilities as well and he is bent on protecting Megan from the Villain who wants to kill her. It is a story about people in this world who has some special abilities and how they survive in this normal world. Megan wants to find the Villain before he finds her and kills her. She also wants revenge for killing her mother.

The book mainly focuses on Megan and how she has to kill for her to survive. She is also a Pandora, meaning she has unhidden talents like healing people, bring out special abilities in a person, etc. For this, she is very valuable to the FBI and also a threat to the Villain (as he tells others).

It really does make an interesting read and I was totally hooked from page 1 🙂 . This is definitely a winner in my opinion for those who like Paranormal.
