While I was researching about foods for Baby A, I found that Tofu is better since its packed with protein. So I decided to make a Tofu smoothie and give it instead of yoghurt and she seems to like it. You can add whatever fruits you want but the recipe is the same. It’s so easy and tastes absolutely amazing and its healthy, What more can you ask for?
- 12 oz Silken Tofu
- 1 cup Berries
- 1/4 cup sugar or according to your taste
- 1/4 cup plain soy milk
- Just grind all the ingredients above and make it into a smoothie consistency and I added them into a plastic container and store it in the fridge.
